What services do you provide?

We are a group of board-certified nurse practitioners who assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of acute conditions for individuals 18 years and older.


We also focus on post-viral inflammatory syndrome which can occur after a virus or as a response to the mRNA vaccine.


Do I have to come to your office to be seen?

No, we do not have a physical office. We provide Telehealth services for Colorado and Florida residents.


What is Telehealth?

Telehealth, also referred to as Telemedicine, lets your doctor provide care for you without having an office visit. You are connected with a licensed provider online by video or by phone from the comfort of your home.


What happens after I book an appointment online?

You will be emailed the required health history and consent forms that need to be completed before your scheduled appointment. These forms are digital and come back to us automatically upon completion.


At the time of your appointment, you will receive a phone call by the provider on the phone number registered during booking. In the event that at video call is needed, we request that you preregister for our secure video platform at spruce.care/rockhavenhealthcare.


Do you take Insurance?

We do not bill your insurance company, and do not participate in Medicare or Medicaid services. However, we encourage you to maintain insurance for labs, testing, medications, specialists, and hospital-based care.


Why is my insurance not accepted?

With a direct pay model, we can spend more time with each patient, provide patients direct access to our providers and have little wait time. This allows for better patient outcomes and a more cohesive provider/patient relationship.


What type of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, as well as Health Savings Plans (HSA). We also welcome medical-sharing plans such as Medi-Share and Samaritan Ministries. 


When do you bill me?

We collect payment after services are rendered. If your visit is by telephone or video, the billing occurs at the end of that encounter. 


How do I communicate with your office?

If you are an existing patient, you should have received an email to sign up for the patient portal. Communicating non-urgent 

needs through the patient portal is a safe, secure, and easy way to reach your provider.   


Do you have an on-call service?

We do not have an on-call service and are not available for 24-hour service.  You may call our office during normal business hours, and we will return your call as soon as possible.  


Can you help my family member?

Yes, we provide care to anyone 18 years or older. Each individual needs their own appointment time so we can provide adequate attention when reviewing their health history, making recommendations, prescribing and answering questions. 


Do you provide COVID treatment?

Yes, we provide medications and education for C-19 prevention.  We also treat both phase 1 and phase 2 of C-19 viral illness.  Our provider takes a holistic approach including supplementation and medications based on individual needs.


Do you treat COVID Long-Haulers Syndrome or Long-COVID?

Yes. We follow the FLCCC I-RECOVER guidelines. However, we take an individualized approach and assess each person’s unique situation and needs.
